I am passionate about helping those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or past trauma. I utilize an eclectic approach to meet the individual needs of all of my clients including Emotion Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), with a trauma-informed approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC or LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Mississippi State University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Memphis.
